The racking is Everest (now K2 Systems) using their 'cross rail' system which allows you to clamp at the edges of the panels.

This system features Canadian Solar Bi-Facial Panels which gain energy from the backside also.
Therefore it was important to keep the rails on the outside of the panels for maximum production.
This required precise drilling/placement of the L feet to accommodate a specific sized panel.
